Job summary

The Post Chicken & Beer in Boulder, CO is hiring servers to create a fun, family-friendly guest experience with southern hospitality. You will be responsible for knowledge of our delicious food and beverages, exceptional service, and maintaining high etiquette in a fast-paced environment.

We offer an hourly wage with tips ($22–$26 per hour), flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Training for TIPS and alcohol service is provided, with benefits after six months and a dining

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented with superior communication skills.
• Experience in fast paced, team oriented environment is preferred.
• Cicerone certification a plus; training for alcohol service available.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, southern-style hospitality and expert service.
• Know beverage and food offerings to inform and engage guests.

Servers are the masters of the fun and familial guest experience at The Post, responsible for dispensing ‘southern’ style hospitality and ridiculous knowledge of all things related to delicious food, spectacular service and quenching bevs. Must be detail oriented and well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing superior communication skills and excelling in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
