Job summary

A scenic lodge and grill in Missouri is seeking friendly faces to join their team at the Creekside Grill. The position involves taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing courteous service to guests. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work a variety of shifts, and preferably have at least one year of restaurant experience. Qualifications

• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Experience in counting change and processing payments.
• Minimum of 1 year in a restaurant establishment preferred.
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people.

Responsibilities

• Take orders using Point-of-Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner
• Knowledge of restaurant menu
• Process credit cards and cash payments
• Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures
• Provide courteous service to all guests
• Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned
