Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking friendly hospitality professionals to join our team in a fast-paced setting. Therole focuses on greeting guests, seating, reservations, and maintaining a positive guest experience across dining areas.

Responsibilities include managing seating, updating status, communicating with staff, and ensuring cleanliness. Nights and weekends availability is preferred, with competitive wages and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming and positive attitude.
• Manage seating software and update table status.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and managers.
• Estimate wait times based on current times and party size.
• Make accommodations for guests based on need.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables and chairs quickly.
• Handle reservations inquiries by phone.
• Direct and facilitate carryout pickup.
• Assist serving staff with pre-bussing and delivering items.
• Build relationships with new and regular customers.
• Maintain dining room and restrooms cleanliness and presentation.
• Execute daily cleaning tasks as outlined by management.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests as they Arrive with a Welcoming and Positive Attitude
• Manage Seating Software by Entering Accurate Guest Information and Updating Table Status
• Communicate Effectively with Front of House Team Members and Managers
• Estimate Accurate Wait Times for Guests based on Current Table Times, Party Size, Wait List, and other Factors
• Use Good Judgment to make Appropriate Accommodations for Guests based on Need
• Bus, Clean, and Sanitize Tables/Chairs/Seats Quickly to Ensure Efficient Seating
• Handle Phone Calls and any Inquiries on Reservations, as Needed
• Direct and Facilitate Carryout Pickup for Guests, as Needed
• Assist Serving Staff when Necessary, with Pre-Bussing Tables and Delivering Food and Beverages to Guests
• Work to Build Relationships with New and Regular Customers
• Maintain Cleanliness and Presentation of the Dining Room, Restrooms, and other Public Areas
• Execute Daily Cleaning Details, as Outlined by the Management Team
