Dear Charlotte in Charlotte, NC, is seeking bartenders for a brand-new rooftop concept opening in Steele Creek. You will craft cocktails with speed, deliver an elevated bar experience, and learn a cocktail-forward beverage program.

The role requires 2+ years of bartending experience, strong spirits knowledge, and the ability to thrive in high-volume settings. You should be energetic, personable, and guest-focused, with solid communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
• Experience in high-volume or elevated bar environments.

• Craft cocktail, rooftop, upscale, or restaurant opening experience is a plus.

• Assist with private events and special programming.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, safety, and sanitation standards.

About Dear Charlotte

Dear Charlotte is a new Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant, bar, and event destination coming to Charlotte’s Steele Creek area. With a cocktail-forward beverage program, vibrant indoor/outdoor rooftop setting, and high-energy atmosphere, the bar will be a major part of the guest experience.

We’re building our beverage team from the ground up and are looking for Bartenders who can combine technical skill, creativity, speed, and genuine hospitality.
