Job summary

The Cypress of Charlotte is seeking a part-time Server to join our hospitality team in Charlotte, NC. You will work less than 30 hours a week, including nights and weekends, providing attentive dining room service in a fine dining setting.

Responsibilities include setting tables, taking orders, serving guests with polished etiquette, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Training is provided for those new to food service, with emphasis on working with seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred, but training will be provided.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.

• Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Answer pertinent questions about menu items.

Position: Server, part-time

Schedule: Less than 30 hours a week and includes working nights; 4-8:30pm, plus weekends and holidays. Sunday's hours are from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.86 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Summary

The Cypress of Charlotte is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dining Room Sever to join our fine dining culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Primary Responsibilities

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
