The Cypress of Charlotte is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our fine dining team. This part-time role provides full-scope serving responsibilities within the community, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old with food service experience; English literacy is required. The position offers a supportive, welcoming environment with growth opportunities and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older.
• Experience in food service preferred but will train.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.

Position:

Server, part-time

Schedule:

Less than 30 hours a week and includes working nights; 4-8:30pm, plus weekends and holidays. Sunday's hours are from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Pay:

$15.00 - $15.86 per hour, depending on experience.

The Cypress of Charlotteis recruiting for a hospitality focused Dining Room Sever to join our fine dining culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Must be age 16 or older.
• Experience in food service work preferred but will train.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
