Job summary

The Quail is seeking a friendly Server to join our Food & Beverage team in Carmel Valley, California. You will take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and help ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

Learn and grow within a strong hospitality operation while benefiting from medical benefits and employee discounts on lodge, golf, and dining services. Must have F&B experience and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification preferred

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure each guestreceives consistent services and products
• Sell and serve food and beverage to guests in the Club's dining outlets
• Execute all duties as requested by immediate supervisors
• Understand andperform basic table service
• Responsible forongoing food, wine and service education provided by management

General Requirements

• Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend and holiday shifts as needed
• Prior experience in food and beverage
• Serve Safe Certification preferred
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification
• Ability to multitask and have great communication skills
