Job summary

Whiskey Red's Restaurant in Marina del Rey is seeking a Restaurant Server to create memorable dining experiences. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with courteous, efficient service.

Requires at least 2 years' server experience in a full-service setting; strong communication; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established service standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before delivering them to guests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Pay: $17.28-18.00 / hour plus tips

Physical Demands:

• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6-8 hour shift with appropriate breaks
• Regular ascending/descending stairs
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Frequent use of hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms

Licenses & Certifications Required:

• Food Handler Certificate
