Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Monitor tables to anticipate guests' needs, refilling beverages and addressing issues promptly
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate a POS system with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, resetting tables for next guests
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with team members for smooth service and exceptional guest experiences

Strength Demands

• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6‑8 hour shift with breaks
• Regular ascending/descending stairs
• Repeating motions that include wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Frequent hand‑to‑finger motions, handling or feeling objects, reaching with hands and arms
