True Food Kitchen in Arlington, VA is seeking friendly servers to deliver warm, hospitality‑driven service for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. No prior restaurant experience required—we provide thorough training and growth opportunities within a vibrant, health‑minded team.

As part of our service team, you will take and enter orders, deliver meals promptly, and maintain smooth operations by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and assisting wherever needed.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
