True Food Kitchen in Fairfax, VA is seeking friendly servers to join our vibrant team. We value hospitality and guest experience, offering AM/PM and mid-day shifts, flexible part-time roles, and training for entry level candidates.

As a server you will take and enter orders, deliver meals and beverages promptly, keep tables tidy, and help guests find their perfect dish. Competitive tips are earned in addition to starting wage; benefits include dining discounts and access to wellness programs.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
