Job summary

True Food Kitchen in The Woodlands, TX is hiring servers who bring warmth and hospitality to the dining room. No previous restaurant experience required—we’ll train you—and you’ll be part of a team that delivers fresh, nutrient-dense dishes with thoughtful service.

Shifts include AM/PM and weekends; compensation starts at tipped minimum wage plus tips, with discount dining, employee perks, and opportunities to grow within a professional, welcoming environment.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
