Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking energetic servers in Houston who bring warmth, authenticity, and a passion for fresh, guest-focused dining. You’ll create a welcoming space, share our vibrant menu, take orders accurately, and deliver meals with care.

No prior restaurant experience is required—we train you. Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are available, with perks like dining discounts, pet insurance, volunteer time, and EAP resources.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Share our vibrant menu and help guests find their perfect dish.
• Take and enter orders accurately.
• Deliver fresh food and drinks with care and speed.
• Keep the flow smooth—refill drinks, clear tables, and jump in where needed.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*

• Location/state & shift dependent - Please refer to minimum and maximum hiring range for estimate of weekly earnings.
