True Food Kitchen in San Diego is looking for friendly, authentic servers to join a vibrant team. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and ensure timely, thoughtful service that matches our fresh, nutrient-dense menu.

No formal restaurant experience is required—we’ll train you and help you grow with flexible part-time or full-time shifts. Expect tipping, meal discounts, and a supportive work environment where every guest leaves happier.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
