Job summary

True Food Kitchen is hiring friendly servers to provide warm, attentive service across lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. You will welcome guests, describe the menu, take orders, and deliver meals with a focus on hospitality and speed.

Training is provided for those new to the restaurant industry, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative team environment. We offer AM/PM and mid-day shifts, part-time to full-time hours, and perks like a dining discount and health options.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Share our vibrant menu and help guests find their perfect dish.
• Take and enter orders accurately.
• Deliver fresh food and drinks with care and speed.
• Keep the flow smooth—refill drinks, clear tables, and jump in where needed.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*

• Location/state & shift dependent - Please refer to minimum and maximum hiring range for estimate of weekly earnings.
