Compensation

Responsibilities
  • Welcomes and assists members in a courteous and engaging manner.
  • Presents daily specials and menu offerings clearly and confidently.
  • Responds to member questions and provides menu recommendations when appropriate.
  • Takes food and beverage orders and supports timely, accurate service.
  • Remains attentive to member needs and responds to requests as situations arise.
  • Maintains a professional and organized workspace appropriate to service demands.
  • Assists with station setup and breakdown as needed for service operations.
  • Processes, checks, and handles transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale system.
  • Applies service standards and guidelines with sound judgment.
  • Uses appropriate service techniques to support quality guest experiences.
  • Completes cross-training as required.
  • Practices safe and responsible work habits.
  • Maintains dependable attendance and professional availability.
  • Performs additional duties as needed to support service excellence.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates / Licenses
  • Food Safety and Sanitation Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Alcohol Awareness Training (or willingness to obtain).
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Meets state age requirements for alcohol service.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt pace and focus based on service demands and guest needs.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
Benefits and Other Compensation

This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:

Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)

Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteria

Additional Compensation – Service Charge, Employee Meals
