Job summary

Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, Alaska is seeking friendly Server professionals to join our culinary team and deliver high-quality dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will greet guests, present menus, learn menu items, and assist in service, with opportunities to work across multiple dining experiences at Alyeska Resort.

We offer a starting wage of $13 per hour, employee housing, flexible schedules, PTO, a Mountain Pass for staff and dependents, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Valid TAPS Card required.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• Experience in similar server setting preferred.
• Experience in a customer service setting.
• Ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus, make recommendations.
• Learn menu items and daily specials.
• Have working knowledge of spirits, beer, and wines.
• Enter orders and serve courses from kitchen and bar.
• Assist in preparation as determined by Outlet Chef/Manager.
• Clear and reset tables between courses.

We’relooking for Server professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska.

What You’ll Do

As a Server you’llplay an essential role in daily operations andmaintainingthehigh levelof service that our guests expectwiththeir dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests, presents menu, answers questions, andmakessuggestionsregardingfood and service.
• Learnsmenu items and daily specials.
• Working knowledge of spirits,beerand wines.
• Writes order on check and enters ordered items in RTP system.
• Serves courses from kitchen and bar.
• Observes diners to respond to anyadditionalrequests and todeterminewhenmealhas been completed.
• Assistin preparation of some items, asdeterminedby Outlet Chef and Outlet Manager.
• Clears and resets counters and/or tables atconclusionof each course, arrange tablesetting.

What We Need
