Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, Alaska, is seeking a friendly Barista to join our fast-paced dining team. You will craft beverages, serve grab-and-go fare, and connect with guests to deliver exceptional service in a scenic mountain setting.

We offer starting pay from $16 per hour, housing for a small fee, flexible schedules, paid time off, and employee perks including a Mountain Pass and lodging/dining discounts. Previous hospitality experience is helpful.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and connect with every guest.

What We Need

• Possess or Obtain a Food Handlers Card (during introductory phase of your employment).
• Experience in similar server setting preferred.
• Experience in a customer service setting.
• The ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information on one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
