Job summary

The Reserve Club in Aiken, SC is seeking a friendly, service‑oriented team member to support banquet operations and dining experiences.

You will greet members, assist with setup and breakdown, and work with the team to ensure high standards. Prior hospitality or country club experience is preferred; the ability to stand for long periods and flexible shifts are required.

• Ensures the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the club.

• Understands the importance of name recognition and warmly greets each member with a smile and direct eye contact.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

• Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.

Position Requirements
