Job summary

New Life Ranch in Oklahoma is seeking a SERVE Team member for a seasonal contract (August–May). You will work across Housekeeping, Activities, Food Service, Maintenance, and Grounds to ensure guests have a welcoming camp experience and opportunities to grow in their relationship with Christ.

Responsibilities include running activities (lifeguarding, target sports, high ropes), assisting with meals, operating the canteen, cleaning cabins and spaces, and helping maintain grounds.

About the role:

The Frontier Cove Service Delivery team consists of 4 teams: Retreats, Activities, Food Service, and Maintenance. Each of these teams work to provide consistent service so that all guests can have an experience at New Life Ranch that allows them the opportunity to grow in their relationship with Christ.

As a SERVE Team member you will work within many of these departments, based on the needs of our guests and staff. This will provide a unique opportunity to see many different sides of camp and to interact with a lot of different staff and guests. Some of the main areas you will work in will be: Housekeeping, Activities, Food Service, Maintenance, and Grounds.

Your Responsibilities:

• You can interact, work, and relate well with people of various ages.
• You are able to perform physically demanding work when necessary.

This is a seasonal contract position that runs from August - May, for those seeking a gap year or post grad seasonal position. $900 a month, plus support raising, and requires on site housing with other young seasonal employees.
