Job summary

New Life Ranch in Oklahoma is seeking a Retreats Manager for Frontier Cove. You will contact, schedule, and host retreat groups on-site, ensuring clean, welcoming spaces and a distraction-free environment to maximize ministry impact.

You will lead with Christlike character, coach direct reports, and collaborate with Jr. Camp in summer operations. A flexible schedule and proactive planning are essential to support groups and ministry goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the front lines of ministry to retreat groups at Frontier Cove and assist with contacting, scheduling on our side, and hosting groups on-site.
• Oversee and maintain clean, attractive spaces around camp to enable a distraction-free environment.
• Partner with Jr. Camp during the summer to support program delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a great guest experience and provide resources for impactful ministry.

About the role:

As a Retreats Manager you will be on the front lines of ministry to our retreat groups at Frontier Cove. Once they make a reservation with us you assist in contacting, scheduling (on our side) and regularly hosting their time when they are on site. You will also oversee and ensure clean, attractive spaces around camp helping to facilitate a distraction free environment (this includes a hands on partnership with Jr. Camp during the summer). As a part of the Frontier Cove Retreats team, you will work closely with others to ensure a great experience for groups, and to resource them to be able to have the highest impact ministry possible while with us.
