Job summary

New Life Ranch in Oklahoma's Adair area is looking for SERVE Team members to support the Frontier Cove Service Delivery teams—Retreats, Activities, Food Service, and Maintenance. This role offers hands-on opportunities across housekeeping, activities, dining, and grounds to serve guests and staff while growing in Christ.

Qualifications

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and daily walk.
• Strong desire to grow as a leader.
• Professional in communication, hygiene, dress and attitude.
• Self-led—keeping Google calendar updated, checking emails, and staying on schedule.
• Patience, flexibility, and a servant's heart when working with others.
• Able to interact with people of various ages.
• Capable of performing physically demanding work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Help run and facilitate activities for groups, including lifeguarding, target sports, and high ropes.
• Assist with meal preparation, service and cleanup.
• Open, run, restock, and close the canteen for groups as needed.
• Help with regular cleaning of cabins, motels, and meeting spaces in preparation for guests.
• Assist in maintaining grounds and facilities around camp.
