Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of foods according to menus and recipes.
• Plan cooking schedules to meet mealtime needs.
• Direct other Food and Nutrition Services staff in absence of the Food Service Director.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and proper food storage.
• Ensure food temperatures are within safe ranges and label/date foods.
• Assist with compliance and safety policies as required.
