Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Serology Supervisor to oversee day-to-day laboratory activities and supervise staff. You will contribute to policy development and ensure quality assurance and compliance in a fast-paced diagnostic environment.

The role requires laboratory leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams. A Bachelor’s degree and prior supervision experience are preferred, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in science-related field.
• Experience supervising diagnostic lab staff preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and allocates work; coaches and develops team.
• Leads lab unit activities; ensures staffing and resources.
• Maintains diagnostic equipment and coordinates with internal/ external stakeholders.
• Maintains supplies and ensures QA/QC standards are met.
• Prepares reports and summaries; presents findings to Lab Manager.
• Interacts with clients to explain testing procedures and resolve issues.
