Qualifications

• ASCP certification preferred; exam eligibility required or certification path available.
• 5+ years lab experience with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach lab staff through training and performance feedback.
• Ensure accurate, timely testing and maintain high clinical standards.
• Monitor regulatory and accreditation requirements and ensure compliance.
• Champion quality assurance and continuous improvement across Chemistry, Serology, and Send-Out labs.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources; collaborate to improve workflows.
