Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a science field is required.
• 4+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
• ASCP or AMT certification is required.
• Florida State clinical laboratory licensure is required (Supervisor level).
• Specialized knowledge of electrophoresis and ANA testing.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise approximately 20 staff, including scheduling and staff development.
• Coach, mentor, and grow the team to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Stay visible on the floor, supporting staff through day-to-day operations.
• Oversee quality control of automated processes and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Serve as a qualified point of contact for physicians and clients on results.
