Job summary

Antech Diagnostics seeks a Serology Supervisor to oversee daily lab activities, supervise staff, and maintain QA/QC standards while supporting diagnostic testing for animal health.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, proven leadership, and hands-on experience with lab operations, equipment, and client interaction. Shifts run 7:00am–3:30pm with flexibility, and starting pay is $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in science fields preferred.
• Experience supervising diagnostic lab staff and managing performance.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and escalation-resolution abilities.
• Ability to supervise Bench/Associate Supervisors as needed.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking in fast-paced lab.
• Experience with lab operations, testing, charting results, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as appropriate.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day serology lab activities and staff.
• Ensure QA/QC standards are met by all personnel.
• Maintain equipment and supply levels; coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare reports and analyses; provide business review to Lab Manager.
• Consult with clients to explain testing issues and procedures.
• Support enterprise initiatives and special projects as needed.
• Lead staff training and development; manage performance.
