- Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, including keyword research, bidding strategy, ad copy testing, and budget allocation
- Run keyword and competitor research using Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools to identify content and ranking opportunities
- Build and report on search performance dashboards in GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio; tie traffic to conversions and pipeline
- Partner with content and web teams to optimize landing pages, publish SEO‑ready content, and improve SERP visibility for priority terms
- Manage and optimize shopping, display, and Performance Max campaigns as part of the broader paid acquisition mix
- Stay current on algorithm updates and SERP feature changes; adapt strategy and communicate impact to stakeholders
What We Are Looking For

- Deep proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and at least one major SEO platform (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz)
- Working knowledge of technical SEO concepts: crawling, indexing, schema markup, site architecture, and page speed optimization
- Experience managing six‑figure‑plus paid search budgets with demonstrated efficiency gains
- Comfortable with SQL, Excel/Sheets, or basic scripting for analysis is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with local SEO, YouTube/paid social integration, HTML/CSS fundamentals, or marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo
