About The Role
The role owns organic and paid search performance end-to-end: technical SEO, content optimization, and SEM campaigns that drive qualified traffic and pipeline for a fast-growing technology company.
You will work across marketing, content, and web engineering to improve rankings, lower cost-per-acquisition, and turn search into a measurable, compounding growth channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the SEO roadmap: technical audits, on-page optimization, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup in partnership with web engineering
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy testing, bidding strategy, and negative keyword management
- Build and maintain keyword and content gap analyses to inform the editorial calendar and landing page roadmap
- Manage tracking and measurement across GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tools; report on rankings, traffic, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Run structured A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and SERP-facing titles and metadata
- Monitor algorithm updates and competitor movements; adjust strategy and communicate impact to leadership
- Manage agency and tool relationships, including the SEM budget and bid management platforms
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience, ideally in B2B or B2C tech
- Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
- Solid grasp of technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, page speed, and structured data
- Experience managing six-figure paid search budgets with clear ROI accountability
- Comfortable with HTML, analytics tagging, and either SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow), Looker Studio or Power BI dashboards, and programmatic or paid social campaigns
