Job description

About The Role

The role owns search visibility and paid search performance across a portfolio of products, driving qualified traffic that converts into pipeline and revenue. This is a hands‑on specialist position — expect to spend time in keyword tools, ad platforms, and analytics dashboards daily, not just manage vendors. Search is a primary acquisition channel for the company, and this role sits at the intersection of content, demand generation, and paid media. You will work closely with content marketers, web engineers, and demand‑gen managers to make sure both organic and paid search investments compound over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the SEO roadmap: technical audits, keyword strategy, on‑page optimization, and content briefs that improve rankings and organic traffic quarter over quarter
  • Build and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Advertising, including budget pacing, bidding strategy, and negative keyword hygiene
  • Run experiments on landing pages, ad copy, and SERP features; measure results with clear lift analysis
  • Monitor technical SEO health — Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data, and indexation — partnering with web engineers on fixes
  • Build dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar to report on organic traffic, paid search ROI, CAC, and conversion by channel
  • Manage SEM budget allocation across campaigns and channels; reallocate spend based on performance data
  • Stay current on algorithm updates, AI‑driven search changes (SGE/AI Overviews), and industry shifts; adjust strategy proactively
What We Are Looking For
  • 3-6 years of combined SEO and SEM experience, ideally in B2B or B2C tech
  • Deep hands‑on proficiency with Google Ads, Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and managing six‑figure paid search budgets with measurable ROI
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), and technical SEO fundamentals
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and defending budget decisions with numbers
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, content ops, marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo), or SQL; certifications in Google Ads or Analytics
