CWILL is seeking a Product Manager for SEOWILL, its Shopify/DTC SEO SaaS, to own the product roadmap from discovery through launch. You will translate complex SEO concepts into merchant-friendly features, guiding the product across diagnostics, keyword suggestions, page optimization, and AI content generation.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced PM with deep SEO knowledge. You will collaborate with Sales/CS to improve trial-to-paid conversions and merchant retention, while staying current

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin reading/writing/speaking
• 3+ years PM experience, with 1–2 years focused on SEO tools or SEO SaaS
• Deep SEO fundamentals: keywords, on-page, meta tags, site architecture, crawlability, indexing, organic growth
• Hands-on SEO analytics tools experience (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush)
• B2B SaaS product lifecycle ownership from discovery to launch
• Data chops: SQL basics, Excel/dashboards, A/B testing

Responsabilités

• Own SEOWILL product roadmap and prioritize features
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and post-launch review
• Define success metrics for SEOWILL outputs: diagnostics, suggestions, AI content
• Apply deep SEO knowledge to product decisions including keyword strategy and site optimization
• Conduct user interviews with Shopify merchants and DTC brand owners
• Define packaging, pricing tiers, onboarding, and conversion flows
