Job summary

CWILL is seeking a Product Manager for SEOWILL, its Shopify/ DTC SEO SaaS product. You will own the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive from discovery through launch while aligning with the needs of Shopify merchants and DTC brand owners.

The role requires deep SEO knowledge, hands-on experience with analysis tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and a track record in B2B SaaS product responsibilities. Expect a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese required (read/write/speak).
• 3+ years product management, 1–2 years in SEO tools/SaaS.
• Deep SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page, site architecture, crawl/indexing.

Responsibilities

• Own SEOWILL roadmap and specs across diagnostics, keyword suggestions, page optimization, AI content generation, and SEO reporting.
• Lead features from discovery to design, engineering, launch, and post-launch review.
• Define metrics for success of SEOWILL outputs: scores, suggestions, and content quality.
• Translate technical SEO concepts into merchant-friendly product experiences.
• Conduct user interviews with Shopify merchants and DTC brands; analyze feedback and competitors.
• Collaborate with Sales/CS to improve trial-to-paid conversion and retention.
