Job summary

CWILL is seeking a Product Manager for SEOWILL, its SEO SaaS product for Shopify brands and DTC merchants. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive execution from discovery to launch with a focus on AI content generation, page optimization, and SEO reporting.

You will translate complex SEO concepts into merchant-friendly experiences, collaborate with engineering, sales, and CS, and shape onboarding, pricing, and ICP-focused packaging for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years focused on SEO tools, SEO SaaS, or content/marketing technology
• Deep SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, meta tags, site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and organic traffic growth
• Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, or similar
• B2B SaaS product experience — comfortable owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch
• Data chops — SQL basics, Excel/dashboards, and A/B testing
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency: native or near-native (first or second language required)

Responsibilities

• Own SEOWILL's product roadmap: prioritize features, write clear product specs, and drive execution across site diagnostics, keyword suggestions, page optimization, AI content generation, and SEO reporting
• Lead features from discovery through design, engineering, and launch — to post-launch review
• Define what "good" looks like for SEOWILL's core outputs: diagnostic scores, optimization suggestions, and AI-generated content
• Translate technical SEO concepts into merchant-friendly product experiences
• Turn merchant pain points and market signals into prioritized product decisions
• Partner with Sales and CS to improve trial-to-paid conversion and merchant retention
