Job summary

Silverback Strategies is a fully remote performance marketing agency seeking an experienced SEO Manager to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 client accounts. You will lead AI-enabled search initiatives, manage projects and deliverables, and build strong client relationships while pushing the boundaries of AI testing.

You will analyze performance data, translate findings into actionable optimization plans, and collaborate with internal teams to scale content and technical SEO efforts for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of agency SEO experience; 3 years in marketing/SEO required; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience driving SEO strategies across multiple clients and industries.
• Comfort communicating directly with clients and presenting complex SEO concepts in clear terms.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled search testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Strategically drive and execute multiple client SEO strategies across accounts.
• Lead client calls and serve as the primary SEO contact for assigned accounts.
• Translate data into actionable insights and reporting to demonstrate impact.
• Develop and manage content and topic clusters, internal linking, and schema.
• Collaborate with measurement, paid media, and creative teams to implement strategies.
• Stay ahead of AI and LLM trends to refine SEO approaches.
