Silverback Strategies is a performance marketing agency recognized for its strong work culture and impact. We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to own and optimize client SEO strategies, lead analytics, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.

The role emphasizes leveraging Generative AI and traditional SEO tooling to drive growth for 4–6 accounts, while maintaining client relationships and delivering clear, jargon-free updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency SEO experience required.
• 5+ years of overall marketing/SEO experience.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the strategy, innovation and performance of multiple client SEO strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including implementation for search engines.
• Translate data into actionable insights using tools like GA, GSC, SEMrush and others.
• Lead status and reporting calls with assigned clients and communicate SEO plans clearly.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients as their SEO partner.
• Translate channel strategy to tactical roadmaps including content systems and internal links.
• Research and implement innovative SEO practices and AI trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve SEO delivery and efficiency.
• Review performance data to identify trends and measure impact.
• Collaborate with measurement, paid media, and creative teams.
• Support sales with SEO strategy proposals and audits.
