Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced SEO and AI Search Manager to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define the technical roadmap, prioritize content, and articulate the ranking story to clients on calls.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, content priorities, and analytics, coordinating with writers and AI to produce drafts while tracking performance in GA4 and Search Console.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO; you have run audits and fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Get clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity alongside organic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Report in GA4 and Search Console; shape quarterly roadmaps for each client.
