Job summary

Silverback Strategies is a fully remote agency with team members across the continental United States. We are seeking an SEO Manager to lead strategy, AI-driven testing, and client collaboration, managing 4–6 accounts and delivering measurable results.

You’ll own content strategy, leverage tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and work with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Agency experience delivering client SEO results.
• 2+ years at an agency; 3+ years marketing/SEO experience.
• Comfort speaking with clients and presenting performance updates.
• Hands-on experience with AI search testing and optimization.
• Ability to tie SEO wins to client business impact.
• Strong content strategy and briefing skills.
• Experience across multiple industries recommended.
• Proficient in SEO tools and platforms.
• Capable of building long-lasting client relationships.

• Translate data into actionable insights using analytics tools.
• Lead status and reporting calls with assigned clients.
