Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing digital marketing programs that drive organic visibility and patient acquisition.
• Experience supporting multi-location brands, franchise, or enterprise digital marketing programs preferred (Dental Service Organization experience strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with AI search optimization and how to structure content for brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise website strategy and optimization for Corus' network, improving patient experience and conversion.
• Oversee local search, listings, and online reputation across 55+ locations with agency partners.
• Build scalable reporting and KPIs to measure organic growth and program effectiveness.
• Manage external agencies and vendor partnerships to deliver strategic initiatives and results.
