Job summary

ADP is seeking a Manager, Search Optimization to lead SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts across traditional and AI‑powered discovery. You will own meaningful workstreams from diagnosis to measurement in a highly collaborative Growth Marketing team, partnering with Content, Web, Product Marketing, and Analytics to drive qualified demand.

You will independently own roadmaps, optimize high‑intent journeys, and advance scalable standards while staying ahead of evolving search and AI landscapes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on AEO/SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of crawlability, indexation, rendering, site structure, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with listed SEO tools and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Analytical self‑sufficiency: move data to hypothesis and action without a dedicated analyst.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and collaboration with developers.
• Clear written and verbal communication; autonomous work style.
• Curiosity about generative AI and AI‑powered search visibility.
• Persistence navigating large orgs with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities across technical SEO, content, site structure, internal linking, and data signals.
• Build and execute roadmaps for SEO, AEO, and GEO tied to traffic and revenue.
• Improve visibility across Google, AI overviews, and AI discovery experiences for AI agents.
• Conduct technical audits and translate findings into web/engineering requirements.
• Use data to identify opportunities and measure visibility, share of voice, and demand.
• Partner with CRO, Web, Content, and Analytics to optimize landing pages via experiments.
• Identify scalable opportunities across templates, taxonomies, and programmatic content; drive implementations.
• Establish scalable SEO standards, monitoring, and playbooks for non‑technical marketers.
• Stay ahead of changes in search and AI‑powered discovery and translate into opportunities.
