Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO and AI Search Manager to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, set content priorities, and articulate the ranking story for clients on demand.

You will lead technical audits, collaborate with writers and AI to produce drafts, and drive initiatives across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and traditional organic results. Strong English communication with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO, including audits and fixes.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI drafts.
• Lead AI-assisted search initiatives including Google AI Overviews and related tools.
• Handle local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps per client.
