Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks an SEO Manager to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape the technical roadmap, set content priorities, and articulate the ranking story to clients.

You will drive technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content alignment with writers and AI, while coordinating across writers and client teams. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: audits and fixes performed personally.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI drafts.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed by clients.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps for clients.
