Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a strategic SEO and AI Search Manager to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You drive the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story during client inquiries.

You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, and on-page optimization with writers and AI tools, while ensuring visibility in AI search and traditional results, including local and multi-location SEO, with GA4 and Search Console reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed personally.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping technical roadmaps and content priorities.
• Lead technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI-generated drafts.
• Improve AI search presence alongside classic organic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly client roadmaps.
