Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Engineer for the Air Defense and Counter Intrusion teams. You will be the architect behind observation, maintenance, and evolution of the deployed Sentry fleet, building systems and processes to enable prevention and rapid action.

You will own system understanding, partner with engineering, and drive reliability initiatives across multiple sites. You should have strong robotics/mechatronics depth, experience with FRACAS, and能力 to create

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience driving RCCA to closure on complex systems.
Proven ability to author runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.

Responsibilities

Builds and holds deep technical understanding of Sentry hardware and software across both business lines.
Design, deploy, and improve RCCA cycles on fielded Sentry towers.
Translate fleet failure data into actionable product improvement signals.
Develop uptime reporting to measure capability availability for customers.
Build observability tooling in partnership with hardware and software engineering.
Owns Sentry knowledge base and expands self-service resources.
Lead iterative design cycles across product operations, engineering, and deployment teams.
