Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Engineer to oversee the Sentry fleet across Air Defense and Counter Intrusion. You will become the product operations SME, develop uptime reporting, and drive improvements with engineering, deployment, and sustainment teams.

You will design iterative solutions, build self-service resources, and collaborate across multiple programs while maintaining high reliability and strong documentation practices. A Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, technical support, site reliability, or a comparable technical operations role supporting deployed hardware and software systems

Responsibilities

• Build and hold deep technical understanding of the Sentry system, hardware and software, and serve as the product operations SME for Sentry across both business lines.
• Partner with product engineering to design, deploy, and continuously improve the RCCA cycles on fielded Sentry towers, from failure capture through corrective action deployment.
• Turn fleet failure data, field feedback, and reliability trends into actionable product improvement signals for engineering.
• Apply and mature FRACAS practice for Sentry, establishing how failures are classified, tracked, and closed.
• Develop and deploy uptime reporting that measures capability availability for customers and translates telemetry into fleet health metrics.
