Job summary

You will collaborate with Architecture and Product Management to define requirements and lead PCB/electrical system design for embedded compute and power systems.

You will work with mechanical, software, firmware, and test teams to ensure reliability, testability, and manufacturability while delivering mission-critical hardware

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience.
• Design digital & analog electronics from concept to production.
• Troubleshoot hardware and implement improvements to the design.
• Create documentation capturing requirements, specs, test coverage, and reports.
• Complete full cycle PCB design from schematic to production bring-up and testing.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as the main point of contact for electrical integration activities.
• Provide hands-on in-field support of prototype and production level product.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to optimize high power components and distribution.
• Trade-off components against size, weight, power and EMC requirements.
• Partner with design teams to meet reliability goals at a system level.
