Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead an exclusive program delivering a soldier-portable counter-UAS system. You will drive end-to-end electrical architecture, document gaps, and craft a roadmap from prototype through production-ready hardware.

You will build and lead a cross-functional team (EE, ME, SW) to rapidly iterate, ruggedize, and qualify hardware for manufacturing at scale, balancing SWaP, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional electrical engineering experience with design ownership on complex electromechanical systems.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical architecture end-to-end across power, sensing, compute, and actuator drive subsystems.
• Build a technical roadmap bridging prototype to production-ready Weapon Systems hardware.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team (EE, ME, SW) for rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Drive design and integration of EE subsystems including sensors, power boards, and control systems.
• Establish and execute pragmatic test plans for electro-optical, actuator and power subsystems.
