Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA seeks a Draftsman to support rapid, ruggedized product introductions and scale legacy drawings to full-rate production. You will guide a team of Mechanical Engineers on drawing standards and ensure clarity of CAD files and documentation.

Ideal candidates collaborate with Sentry Mechanical leads, educate juniors, and improve engineering documentation quality across the team, while working on safeguarding critical infrastructure projects.

Formación

• 3D CAD proficiency and ability to apply GD&T to generate high-quality drawings.
• 5+ years of CAD experience in defense or consumer product designs.
• Associates Degree in Computer Design, CAD, Graphics, or related field.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the quality of drawings and CAD files for the Sentry Mechanical Engineering team.
• Coordinate CAD designs and released documentation to meet internal/government standards.
• Mentor junior engineers on drawing and CAD processes to uphold standards.
• Collaborate with Sustainment, Manufacturing Eng, and Configuration Management on release and updates.
