Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT, seeks a Principal or Senior Principal Systems Engineer to lead Sentinel IFC planning and integration. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage baselines, and drive change across increments to meet schedule, cost, and performance objectives.

The role requires a US citizenship, a SECRET clearance, MBSE/digital engineering experience, and DOORS usage. This is a full-time position with a 9/80 schedule and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) from an accredited university.
• 5 years of related experience; 3 years with a Masters; or 1 year with a PhD (Senior Principal level requires 8/6/4 respectively).
• Must be a U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance; Sentinel access on Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and coordination of change requests across Sentinel increments/IFCs.
• Coordinate and guide systems, software, hardware, test, and program management teams to maintain baselines.
• Use requirements and configuration management tools to manage baselines and plan IFC/increment activities.
• Prepare and present technical information to boards and stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
