Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sensory Panel Testing Specialist to lead trained sensory panels and end-to-end studies, translate data into actionable business insights, and support sensory standards across global and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Food Science, Sensory Science, or related field.
• Solid experience in quantitative sensory descriptive analysis methods.
• Experience in quantitative descriptive panel training and moderation.
• Experience with a variety of univariate and multivariate sensory statistical analyses.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills: MS‑Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and sensory data collection software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage trained sensory panels and end-to-end sensory studies.
• Design sensory references and training materials; maintain reference database.
• Monitor panel performance and ensure data quality using statistical methods.
• Translate findings into actionable business insights and visual storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate global and local sensory initiatives and contribute to standards.
