Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior leader to join the Operations and Supply Chain Strategy Team in Andover, MA. You will translate demand signals into factory needs and shape long-term capacity growth across products, factories, and sites. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop ROI cases, and ensure alignment with senior leadership on strategic investments.

The role requires a University or Advanced degree with 7–10+ years of relevant experience, and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced Degree preferred for related field with 7+ years of experience.
US citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Translate future demand and capacity data into factory requirements.
Create and implement factory and supply chain strategies with roadmaps.
Develop and oversee a robust capital investment plan for long-term growth.
Facilitate new product introduction into factories.
Work within a matrixed team across locations.
Solve problems bridging production realities to financial commitments.
Partner on planning and process improvement and facility upgrades.
Develop and present strategic solutions and progress reports to senior leadership.
Assess customer needs, buying power, market demand, and factory capabilities for future needs.
Travel 5-20%.
